Roadside Assistance (RSA) Services include:
Fuel Delivery:
If you run out of fuel, we’ll deliver enough gasoline to get you to the nearest petrol station. Your car must be on the road, and you’ll only pay for the cost of the fuel.
Battery Boost:
In case of a battery failure, we’ll assist in jump-starting your vehicle to get you moving again.
Flat Tire Assistance:
If you have a flat tire, we’ll help replace it using your vehicle’s spare tire. (Note: A spare tire must be available in the car.)
Mechanical First Aid:
If your vehicle breaks down, we’ll provide basic roadside mechanical assistance to help you reach the nearest garage.
Lockout Service:
If you’re locked out of your car, we’ll help you gain access. (Note: Proof of ownership must be shown to our representative before the service can be provided.)
Towing Service:
If your vehicle suffers a mechanical or electrical breakdown, we’ll tow it to the nearest garage. (Note: This service does not cover towing after an accident.)

Below terms are applied:
- Road Side Assist service is for individual customers only (Commercial Vehicles are not included).
- The car must not be more than 7 years old.
- The customer must activate the service within one month from the date of purchase.
- Coupons will be sent by e-mail only and it can be redeemed by simply showing it on your smartphone or by giving the coupon code over the telephone to the merchant
