  4. The product is removed when one of the below happens: 24 hours has elapsed, i.e. 11:59pm Kuwait time or the product sells out.

Do I need to register on Sheeel before buying a deal?

No, you dont. You can start buying on Sheeel immediately as a “Guest” without registering on the website. However, we advise that you create an account so you can save your address and all your invoices in one place for future reference for faster checkouts

Which countries does Sheeel serves? I dont see my country on the list of delivery options, can I still buy from Sheeel?

At the moment, Sheeel serves customers in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Oman & Qatar. We will add more countries to the list in the near future.

I live in Kuwait, but I like the deal in Saudi, can I buy it?

We offer many easy payment options depending on your country:

  • Kuwait: we accept Knet, Visa & MasterCard. (Kuwaiti Dinar)
  • Saudi Arabia: we accept Visa, MasterCard, CashU & Money Transfer. (Riyals)
  • UAE: we accept Visa, MasterCard & CashU. (Dirhams)
  • All Other International Destinations: we accept Visa & MasterCard. (Dollars)
Can I pay cash when ordering from Sheeel.com?

No, cash on delivery is not available on Sheeel.com. However, we have many other easy payment options.

How does Sheeel deliver my order?

We teamed up with leading logistic providors to express deliver your purchased products right to your doorsteps at amazing prices.

When will I receive my order? When will Sheeel Deliver my order?

We start delivery the day after the deal is over. Orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours for local deliveries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & UAE) and within 4 to 5 days for international deliveries. Example:

  • Customer buys a deal on Monday
  • Sheeel ships the deal on Tuesday
  • Kuwait, UAE & KSA receive orders by Wednesday or Thursday
  • International Orders are reveiced by the following Monday.
What countries do you currently deliver to?

Currently, we deliver locally to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & UAE. Internationally we delivery to Bahrain, Qatar & Oman.

Can I pick up my order from Sheeel warehouses?

Sorry, but you cannot because we already ship the orders on the next day as promised.

How can I track my order?

Tracking orders is not available in Kuwait, due to the fact that we deliver within 48 hours. In all other countries we will email you or SMS you the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. You can track your shipment on Fedex.com

Can I ship to a different address than then one I previously shipped to? How?

Yes you can. You can easily add a new address to your account in the checkout by choosing “add new address” option

What is Sheeel products Warranties?

In general our products will have the original distributors warranty and full instructions will be given for every deal. Sheeel.com does not offer warranties except for dead on arrival items where we are committed to our full refund policy. Warsha.com extended warranties are offered on specific Deals. What is your Return & Refund policy?

Sheeel.Com offers full refund on defective products and electronics that are Dead on Arrival (DoA).
