Sheeel.com ships orders to Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia via FedEx and in Kuwait by Company's own delivery network. Depending on product availability, orders shipped usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. Your signature may be required on delivery.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that is beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to you, even without a signature.

3. Defective or Dead on Arrival Product Return and Cancellation Policy

Only in the event of a defective product or Dead on Arrival Product, may you return the product. Any Dead on Arrival Product must be claimed within three (3) calender days of the date that you received the product. The product must be received by us within fourteen (14) days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a FULL refund or replacement according to the following terms:

To obtain a FULL refund or replacement for a defective product or Dead on Arrival Product, your return must be approved and postmarked 3 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you. The cost of return transport will be solely at your expense.

After we receive your return within the reference time frame, it generally takes 10 business days or sooner to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 1-2 business days for this return to be posted to your account (depending on your financial institution) or re-shipment of a replacement product.
